All our calibrations are done on-site with our expansive, mobile calibration kit, which enables us to offer the client the least down time in production
Gas Detectors need to be calibrated every 6 to 12 months, to ensure the safety of personnel. We can calibrate H²S, 0², LEL & CO gas detectors. We also repair, maintain, test and calibrate gas detectors. We execute a test called a bump test, which is done to ensure that a gas detector can detect and alarm when exposed to enough gas. A bump test is the only way to ensure a gas detector is fully functional.
We are uniquely equipped to offer certification of temperature installations up to 200°C by comparison and 1200°C by simulation We also calibrate, repair, maintain and test various temperature equipment. This can be done in our laboratory on site or at a location of your choosing. We also sell various other temperature-related equipment.
Pressure devices need to be calibrated at regular intervals to assure they are accurate. We are equipped to certify pressure gauges up to 40 000 PSI. We also repair, maintain and test various pressure equipment. This can be done in our laboratory on site or at a location of your choosing
Dimensional calibration is performed by comparing the performance output of a hand tool or measuring instrument with a measurement standard.
We can certify Vernier Calipers, Micrometers and related dimensional tools.
